It would take a free car to make an improvement. The staff was warm and inviting, knowledgeable, the facilities were clean and well organized, the equipment was up to date, and most importantly adequate time was given to explain what was happening with my eyes. In this era of get them in and get them out insurance driven medical care it was refreshing to be given proper attention as a patient.

I love coming to visit you. I feel as if my needs are taken care of by everyone at the office. I am made to feel like "Family." I am very satisfied with all aspects of my phone calls and visits. Thanks so much for the TLC! I would recommend anyone to Dr. Wassel.

You all make eye exams and picking frames a pleasant experience. Don't change a thing! The most important part is that I know I am well taken care of.

My family were patients of Dr. Wassel's for several years, and then our insurance changed. The woman on the phone said he doesn't participate in that plan, because they pay for only a 7 minute exam, and cover welfare-quality glasses. She was proud of the quality they provide. We went to the covered practice, and saw what she meant. We were thoroughly unimpressed. Returned to Jarrettsville Family Eye, and it was like a breath of fresh air, all over again. We learned our lesson. You're only given one pair of eyes to last a lifetime!

In this day and age of doctors and staff who just don't care anymore, Dr. Wassel is a find. He is caring and compassionate, he is charming and humorous, and he treats us as family. The staff must love working for him, as they're always in a good mood, joking with each other and the patients. We';ve been patients for over 10 years, and he is as friendly as eager to see us as he was on Day Number One.

My family & I love the practice & care we receive from all staff & dr. We value the personal time the staff & Dr take with each us. We don't ever feel rushed. We don't feel like a number and would not want Dr. Wassel to change his care...that is why we love being his patients.

Keep up the good work

We've been seeing Dr. Wassel and his team for 10 years now. Even though we have moved and now live over an hour away, we drive past many other optometrists to see him every year. He provides a thorough eye exam, on-the-mark prescriptions, and excellent, friendly service. His team is fantastic about helping us pick out new glasses and getting the most out of our vision insurance. I can't recommend Dr. Wassel and the team at Jarrettsville Family Eyecare highly enough.

They are great. Nothing to improve. Patient for over 20 years...and counting.

My husband and I agree...they just don't make doctors like this one anymore. He is not in medicine for the money, like a few other of our doctors, but he seems to really be having a good time with his patients. He is knowledgeable, and saved my mother from unnecessary cataract surgery. He makes my shy child smile and come out of her shell. The way he jokes with his staff, too, tells us we came to the right place.

I was in yesterday for my second visit. Once again I had a great experience. Dr. Wassel is awesome and the staff beyond compare. My only regret is that I didn't use Jarrettsville Family Eyecare sooner. To add to this, I own a 5 month old beagle puppy who isn't quite ready to be left alone. I called ahead and asked if I could bring her with me and that she would be in a crate. They were more than accommodating and my puppy was there beside me. The staff loves dogs and my puppy received plenty of attention. I will continue to use Jarrettsville Family Eyecare and recommend them to all of my family and friends. Attention other businesses, you could learn a lot about customer service from this business. Sincerely, Antoine
